Submission of your file & important dates

  • We are accepting applications until June 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM. 
  • We will refuse any incomplete application or one with non-functional links.
  • You will receive a response to your application by email no later than June 22, 2025. 
  • If you are accepted, your payment must be received by July 6, 2025, at the latest. Otherwise, you will be replaced without further notice once this date has passed.

Cost and payment

  •  "Classic Kiosk": Space for a 6-foot table with a 2-foot circulation space on one of the two sides and 6 feet in depth. Presence for both days is mandatory. - $180
  • "Large Kiosk": Space of 10 feet wide by 6 feet deep with 2 feet on one of the two sides. Allows space for 2 L-shaped tables or an additional piece of furniture. Presence for both days is mandatory. - $250
  • "Young Entrepreneur": Offered to young entrepreneurs under 16 years old only. Equivalent in space to a classic kiosk. - $60
  • Rental of a 6x2.5 foot table (if you cannot bring your own) - $15
  • Inclusion: 2 chairs

If you are accepted, your payment must be received by July 6, 2025, at the latest. Otherwise, you will be replaced without further notice once this date has passed.

Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be due in the event of cancellation on your part once your payment has been received.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Having an active online store, regardless of the platform, and offering quality handmade products there.
  • The businesses in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region will be prioritized in the selection, followed by businesses from adjacent cities such as the West Island of Montreal and the South Shore. Businesses from other cities will be considered afterwards.
  • The number of applications by category; we wish to diversify the products and price ranges of the products offered on site
  • The evaluation of the shop: to have a complete shop where the product listings contain quality images while also respecting copyright, the values of handmade goods, and complete descriptions.
  • Being a registered company, which means having a NEQ if your full name is not included in the name of your business.

This is necessary to complete your application as it is a legal requirement from the first dollar sold by a business. Be careful not to confuse it with tax registration, which is not required until a certain revenue threshold is reached. In case you are still not registered. We remind you that this is a legal requirement for the operation of a business, with no minimum income required. Exception: if your full name appears in the name of your business, the NEQ is not mandatory. By full name, we mean first name and last name; for example: "Geneviève Juillet, jeweler" does not need an NEQ, but "Création SP" does.
