Cost and payment

Option 1 : Space for a 6x2.5 foot table. (with 2 traffic feet on one side)  (3-4 feet back from the table)

Option 2 : L Space : For 2 tables of 6x2.5 feet (with 2 circulation feet on one side and 4 setback feet behind the most advanced table)

Option 3 : Side by Side Space : For 2 tables of 6x2.5 feet (So 12x2.5 feet) (with 2 feet of circulation 3-4 feet of setback behind the table)
​        195$

Inclusion: 1 or 2 tables measuring 6x2.5 feet, depending on the reserved location, as well as 2 chairs.

We will analyze the applications as they are received and will follow up gradually. Once accepted, the invoice must be paid within 2 weeks to reserve your space.

Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be issued in the event of cancellation on your part once your payment has been received.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Offer products, ideally of Quebec origin and manufacture, related to the theme of table art: Agri-food, Farm, breeder, baker, florist, gardening, Alcohol (a permit from the Régie will be necessary), Ceramist, Blacksmith (knife, etc.), Table decoration, Bowls, containers, Salt and pepper shakers, Professionals in a field related to food (Nutrition, chef, caterer, restaurateur, organizations, etc.) and much more!
  • The businesses in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region will be prioritized in the selection, followed by businesses from adjacent cities such as the West Island of Montreal and the South Shore. Businesses from other cities will be considered afterwards.
  • The number of applications by category; we wish to diversify the products and price ranges of the products offered on site
  • The evaluation of the application.
  • Being a registered company, which means having a NEQ if your full name is not included in your business name.
  • Be in possession of a valid MAPAQ permit if applicable

NEQ 
This number is required to complete your application, as it is a legal prerequisite from the very first dollar earned by a business. Please note, this should not be confused with tax registration, which is only required after reaching a certain revenue threshold. If you are not yet registered, don’t worry — the process is fairly simple and quick. We remind you that this is a legal requirement for operating a business, regardless of income. Exception: If your full name appears in your business name, the NEQ is not mandatory. By full name, we mean both your first and last name. For example: “Geneviève Juillet, jeweller” does not require an NEQ, but “Création SP” does. If you do not yet have an NEQ but plan to apply for one and wish to continue filling out this form, please write “in progress” in the NEQ field and email the number to lavitrinevs@gmail.com once received to complete your application.
Please do not upload a photo of a business card, but rather a logo that we can work with for event promotion purposes.
